This is the website for Voicecraft, a private creative space hosted at:

Voicecraft is run by an individual creator. This site exists to share content, reflections, tools, and resources related to the Voicecraft method — including some member-only features for those who’ve purchased the workbook or ebook.
Comments
If you leave a comment on a public blog post, we collect the data shown in the form (your name, comment, and email), along with your IP address and browser information to help prevent spam.
If you’re using a Gravatar account, your profile picture may appear next to your comment. You can view Gravatar’s privacy policy here.
Member Accounts
If you register for an account (available to buyers of Voicecraft only), we store the information you provide — typically name and email. This is used solely for giving you access to members-only content and tools.
You can log in to view, edit, or delete your information at any time. If you’d like your account removed entirely, just contact me.
Cookies
This site uses cookies to:
- Save your name/email when commenting (optional)
- Keep you logged in if you’re a member
- Remember your display settings (like light/dark mode or font size)
These cookies are for convenience and functionality — they don’t track your behavior for advertising or analytics.
Media
If you upload files (e.g. profile pictures), avoid including location data (EXIF). Other visitors may be able to download and extract that data.
Embedded Content
Some posts or pages may include embedded content (e.g. YouTube videos or other articles). These behave just as if you visited the other site — they may track your interaction, especially if you’re logged into that service.
What We Share
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. If you reset your password, your IP address will be included in the email for security.
Data Retention
Comments and their metadata are kept indefinitely to improve moderation and continuity.
For members, your registration data is stored as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.
Your Rights
You can request:
- An export of your personal data
- That we erase any data we hold about you (excluding what must be kept for legal or security reasons)
